Yarn Along

I am joining Ginny at Small Things for Yarn Along this week.

I have finished knitting a baby sweater. I just need to sew the sleeve seams, but since I do not have a little one to wear the sweater yet (we are praying for another sweet baby) I am waiting to finish it. I started a basic rib hat for Knit for Japan. It is a very simple pattern, and I should be finished with it soon.

As for my reading, I am still reading several of the books I have mentioned in my last couple Yarn Along posts, but I started a new bible study with my group today so I decided to share that. We enjoyed our last bible study by Beth Moore so much that we decided to do another by her. This one is Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman. We did not get far today, but I think I will learn a lot from it.

If you have some time, please visit Ginny and the other talented ladies that link up with Yarn Along. You will not be disappointed.

  2. I love that baby sweater. It looks like one of the favorites from my kids. My aunt also makes the zip up the back kind that are awesome for wigglers!
I've done a lot of Beth Moores, but Esther has got to be one of my favorites!~ we are getting ready to start James for the summer!
