Yarn Along

I am joining Ginny at Small Things for Yarn Along this week.

I finished my hat for Japan. It did not turn out as nice as I had hoped it would. I noticed that Japan needs scarves, mittens, and washcloths as well. Maybe I will send along the washcloth I am knitting now. I am knitting the washcloth in a ladder panel, steps panel, and anchor motif in the center.
I found these stitch patterns in
Super Stitches Knitting: Knitting Essentials Plus a Dictionary of more than 300 Stitch Patterns. I love this book. I love to just sit and look through it. There is a picture for every pattern in the book. I think this is a great book for a new knitter. I have several washcloths planned to try out different patterns. I am very excited.

Please visit Ginny and the other talented ladies that link up with Yarn Along. You will not be disappointed. Plus, Ginny has several pictures of her new sweet baby posted. They will make your heart melt!
