What I Wore for a few minutes this Sunday

This is what I wore for about 30 minutes this morning.

sweater: JCPenney
top: TJ Maxx
skirt: Newport News
tights and shoes: Boscov's

Ralph is our talkative, full of energy, and fun loving 4 1/2 year old. He woke up very early this morning, complaining of a bellyache. He did seem to be under the weather, laying around and spending a bit more time in the bathroom than usual. I called my mother, explained how Ralph was feeling, and she agreed to watch him while the rest of us went to Mass. As I was putting Ralph's shoes on him, he jumped up and turned to run to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a little too far for him to reach in time. Vomit was all over the foyer and on Ralph. Needless to say, I did not make it to Mass. I am home with my sick guy. It was rough there for a little while, but we are cleaned up and he is resting. Thankfully, Chris and the bigger boys were able to leave for Mass on time. I am praying that the rest of us do not get this stomach bug. We were just sick with one last month.
I changed into an old blue t-shirt from JCPenney, back sweatpants from Kohl's, and blue and white socks from TJMaxx. I don't have a picture because I have no clue how to use the timer on my camera. Maybe I will spend  little time today reading through my camera manual.

Please visit Fine Linen and Purple to see what what all the lovely ladies wore this Sunday.

  3. Sorry you didn't make it to Mass. Stomach bugs are the worst. I really like that skirt. And you've got a super cute outfit for next week!

  4. Ugg. Ryan was sick last week with the same. It was 24 hours for him, but a co-worker's husband had it for 48. Good luck. No one else in our house has gotten sick. Yet. Too bad you didn't get to wear that cute outfit out of the house. The skirt's pattern is really fun.

  5. Yeah, poor Ralph :-( The same thing happened to me once when I was younger- except my mom was maybe not as sympathetic about the tossed cookies right in front of her bedroom door! Whoops :-P

  6. So sorry your little guy is sick. We've been so tired of getting sick around here that we all started taking vitamin c chewables. I think it's helped out. Hope you don't get sick and that the little guy feels better sooon.

  11. Oh, so sorry your little one isn't feeling well! I have 5 boys, and there is just something so pitiful about little boys when they are sick. It goes straight to the mamma's heart! Love the color combo - royal blue is so regal and beautiful. You look lovely!

  12. Thank you, ladies, for the kind comments. Ralph is starting to feel better. It is always so hard to watch little ones suffer.
