Yarn Along

I am still knitting my colorful scarf. I did change up the pattern, and I am happy with it.

I am also knitting a Gilet court d'ete in a light pink Martha Stewart yarn that I bought super cheap last year. I used it to knit a striped tank, but I did not like it. I let it sit for several months, before finally frogging it. I think it is perfect for this project.

I was able to give the little vest I knit for my nephew to him. My sister-in-law, Kelly, was very happy with it.

I am still reading The Bible in 90 Days. I started The Story of a Soul this week. I have it in paperback, but I am mainly listening to it while I knit. Also, I have picked Uglies back up. My sister-in-law, Abby, loaned it to me. At some moments I really like it, but there are other times when I just don't want to keep reading. It has been sitting by my bed for five months with the last two chapters unread. I am determined to finish it by the end of the week.

Don't forget to stop by Small Things to check out all of the knitting and reading. Have a great week!
