Yarn Along {twelve}

Knitting: Easy Lace Scarf

I completed quite a bit of knitting over the last week and a half. The pattern is very easy to knit while watching a show, and that is exactly what I have been doing in my free time.

One night when Chris was working late, I searched Netflix for a new series to start watching (not wanting to continue on with X-Files), and Netflix suggested Haven. It sounded like a show that I might like so I turned it on, and I am hooked. It is quirky and funny and has the just the right amount of mystery. It is based on a short story written by Stephen King, The Colorado Kid

I finished reading Brideshead Revisited. I have decided that I like it. I went back and forth while I was reading it, but the last third of the book pulled me in, and I had to keep reading until I finished it.

Currently, I am reading The Secret of Chimneys, written by Agatha Christie. I am only on chapter three, but I am enjoying it.

  3. I had just about the same reaction to Brideshead Revisited. I've always enjoyed Agatha Christie, maybe I should dig my volume out... :)
